  • During high-demand periods or limited releases, please allow up to 3–5 working days for processing.
  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

5. Insurance & Signature Requirement

  • All shipments are fully insured for the value of your order.
  • For security reasons, signature confirmation is required for orders above £500.
  • If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a card or attempt redelivery.

6. Undeliverable Packages

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect address details provided at checkout.
